25 years on, and for many of us this date lives so clearly in our minds. Where we were on the day our city, and our country was attacked, and how we felt knowing that nothing would be the same after. We still grieve the lives lost and the waste of futures promised. But we also persevered. We rebuilt, never forgetting, but as a testament to the strength and resilience of our nation in the face of adversity. There is something beautiful in a country coming together to support one another in a time of such loss. Let us all continue to support one another and look for the goodness and kindness in our neighbors, in honor of all the innocent lives that were lost that day.

To all of our members that helped in the rescue efforts and in the clean up, who exposed themselves to danger and toxins and who went back to ground zero every day to support the cities efforts in rescue and rebuilding; we honor you. We honor all the members and their families that lost someone they loved. We will NEVER forget.
