One Grace Court in Brooklyn Heights is available for film/tv/commercial shoots.

We are on a cul de sac street one block from the Promenade in a landmark building (1926) with curbside appeal and a sizeable roof deck with views of the Manhattan skyline, Statue of Liberty, Governor's Island, Brooklyn Bridge Park, the BQE, the Brooklyn Bridge, and Verrazano Bridge.
