Strike guidelines
Hi,
My understanding is that Local 817 drivers can't be fired for refusing to cross a legitimate picket line. Can we in Locations be fired for refusing to cross a legitimate picket line?

Mike is correct, the no strike/no lockout clause in our contract means we cannot take it upon ourselves to strike while working under our contract and they can't lock us out either.
Everyone should go to work tomorrow and await further instructions from the hall.
The WGA will be deciding on when and where to picket, we will support them in everyway we legally can.
