Is there an list of independents currently filming in NYC or NJ at the moment? I had recently read there will be no more interim agreements being signed but some have been signed previous to this decision.

Fleeing, Complete Unknown, Untitled Safdie Project, Zero Day are all working still. New projects might not have a 817 contract in place yet.
